1. Person responsible for the protection of personal information

2. Information we may collect

• When you write to us, call us or book a call: your name, email, phone number, company name and the content of your message. You choose what you send us.
• When you visit the site: technical data (IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, date and time), processed by the providers that host and secure the site (see section 4).

The site has no data-collection forms. The friction cost simulator calculates its results directly in your browser: the values you enter are not sent to us.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your questions and arrange a call.
• To prepare and deliver our services.
• To keep the site secure and working, and to measure overall traffic.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not add you to a mailing list without your agreement.

4. Providers and third-party services

• Framer: site hosting and general audience measurement.
• Cloudflare: security, performance and visit statistics.
• Google: fonts (Google Fonts), loaded from Google's servers, and email (Google Workspace).
• Imgur: hosting of some images on the home page.
• Calendly: appointment booking, if you book a call. Calendly applies its own privacy policy.

These providers may process data outside Quebec, including in the United States.

5. Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies or advertising tracking tools. Some providers may use technical data needed for the site to work and stay secure. You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies.

6. Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to answer your request, deliver our services and meet our legal obligations. After that, we destroy it or make it anonymous.

7. Your rights

You may ask to access your information, have it corrected, withdraw your consent or ask for it to be destroyed, to the extent the law allows. Write to us at support@neoluna.ca. We respond within 30 days.

8. Security and incidents

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. If an incident presents a risk of serious harm, we will notify the people concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information, as the law requires.

9. Complaints

If you believe we have not respected your rights, please write to us first. You may also contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).

We may update this policy. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
